Mentored your peers in a Doorstop club? Tell us about your hours and we’ll send you a signed verification form for your school, college applications, or anywhere else you need it.
Who can request one
These forms are for students who have taken part in one of our peer mentorship clubs, as a member, a leader, or a Doorstop Fellow.
- Fill in your hours and what you did in the club
- We review your request and sign the form
- The signed form arrives at the email you give us
